Many self-help and self-improvement blogs seem to repeat the same basic concepts- eat healthy, exercise, get enough sleep. Unfortunately, this is easier said than done for most of us. At the beginning of this year, I was stagnant, and felt as if things would never improve. I wanted things to get better, but I had no idea where to start. Now, with everything I’ve learned in my self-improvement journey, I wanted to provide a resource that will serve as an in-depth, comprehensive guide to self-improvement in every area. This isn’t like every other self-improvement blog- Everything is broken down into easy, manageable steps that build off of each other. Everyone is capable of changing their life, and this blog is all that you’ll need in order to take your self-improvement journey.

One Simple Step is designed to make it easy and approachable to improve your life. Our articles are split into five categories, each of which tackles a separate area. Our tips build off of each other, making each consecutive step easier. When you’re feeling depressed and unmotivated, even the smallest change can feel impossible. That’s why our method is centered around keeping things simple and never making anyone feel overfaced. When you’re well-prepared, even the biggest changes seem easy. Deciding to be better is the hardest part, but it all begins with that one small step.
